CONFERENCE AD LETTER

Dear Rotary Club Presidents and Board of Directors,

 

We are only a few months away from celebrating our Rotary successes at the 2020 District Conference from May 1 thru May 3 at Sable Oaks Sheraton Hotel in South Portland, Maine.

 

We are encouraging all clubs to place an ad in the conference program book. The absolute deadline is March 20, 2020.  The earlier you send in your ad the better placement you will have in the program book.

           

Suggested ads include:

                        Honor your Club President & welcome in the new President

                        Highlight a favorite Club project

                        Your best wishes for your Exchange Student

                        Best wishes for your Four Way Speech Contestant  

                        Highlight a Club Fundraiser

                        Honor a deceased Rotarian

                        Congratulate specific club members for their Rotary achievements

 

The cost of ad space this year:

$175.00 for Full page Color ad (size to be 3.25 x 8.25)

$150.00 for Full page ad in Black & White (size to be 3.25 x 8.25)

$125.00 for Half page in Color (size to be 3.25 x 4)

$75.00 for Half page in Black & White (size to be 3.25 x 4)

Ads must be paid for in advance in order to be put into program book.
