October 5, 2018- October 26 – Ad in Messenger re: Find the Rotary Emblem

• Heather is coordinating the locations of the balloon each week and making sure it is delivered

October 6, 2018 – 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (or 3:00 PM). Fill a Van with Groceries.

Shaw’s Supermarket will allow us to use their parking lot to accept donations of canned foods and dry goods for the Henniker and Hillsborough Food Pantries.

They will have lists of groceries the food pantries are seeking plus $5 and $10 grocery bags filled with these items that shoppers can purchase and donate.

• Rotarians have signed up for shifts – Joyce coordinating

• HDHS DECA student volunteers have signed up for shifts

• Leigh Bosse volunteering the van

• Judy Miller to follow-up with food pantries to be sure someone is there at 2:30 to receive donations

• Shaws preparing $5 and $10 bags

October 13, 2018 – 8:00 AM to completion. Annual fall Adopt-A-Highway Pick on Rt 114.

• Gene has passed around a sign up sheet.

• George has reached out to JS Spanish Club

Friday, October 26, 2018 – 6:00 – 8:00 PM. In place of our regular Thursday morning club meeting that week, we will hold a Reception at Hollyhock Flowers on Friday evening – 6:00 – 8:00 PM and invite our business partners (Chili Fest and Rabies Clinic) to say thank you for their support and to highlight for them how we are utilizing their generous donations to better our communities and the world.
